junk mail

In Entourage 2004, I've set the junk mail preference to send it to the junk
email folder, but when junk mail arrives it gets flagged as junk but doesnt
get moved to the junk email folder.

Any suggestions?

I had the same problem. Turned out I had set up a couple of duplicate
accounts somehow. When I eliminated the duplicates, all was well.
