Junk mail

I have activated the safe sender and safe reciepient options but I still
receive junk e-mail, would like any suggestions on how to stop them.

What level of Junk filtering did you select?

I selected safe list only which I thought meant that I would get only the
mail from the people who are on my safe list.

That's what they're supposed to do. Do the mail items that don't end up in
the Junk E-mail folder have anything in common with the addresses/domains in
your safe lists?

I have POP

Well, the Junk Mail filter is SUPPOSED to work with POP accounts. I'm
afraid I, for one, don't know enough about this particular feature of
Outlook to help. Sorry.
