junk msg asks to open a 2nd window, how to open 2nd windo w/o that

I would like to run two open windows of outlook at the same time.

When a junk message comes in, it gives you the option to open a second
window of Outlook but I don't know how to start a second instance of Outlook
without receiving a junk message.

Tried Control N, and searched help to no avail, also tried to launch it a
second time but that does not work either.

You can only run one instance of Outlook but many windows. Right click on
the Junk Mail Folder and select open in new window.
