Junk not being picked up.

I am using outlook 2007 but my junk filter is not pivking the junk mail. I
have the setting set to high in it but I am still getting alot of junk. I go
in on each email and tell to to block them but they are still making it
through. I also went in and set up filters for differnt worts and so on but
still not working. Can anyone help?
