Yes, but unfortunately I have not found a way to do that
by right-clicking on the message. Here is how you do it:
TOOLS > OPTIONS > JUNK E-MAIL then select BLOCKED SENDERS
tab. Then click ADD then type in "@domain.com" (or
similar).

No, leave off the "@".

I leave off the @ and it gets put in by the wizard in Outlook 2003. And
none of these domains are filtered!
