Junkmail is capturing email from within my own domain

I have just rebuilt my laptop and loaded all the latest updates and I now
find that Junk Mail filters when set to 'No Automatic Filtering. Mail from
blocked senders is still moved to the Junk Email Folder" I am captureing
email from my own domain in the Junk Email folder and the email address are
definitely not in the "blocked Senders" list.

Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this?
