Junkmail rule (Outlook 2003)

Morning All from sunny UK,

I am getting SPAM come through my Junk Mail filter which is set at high.

The offending objects are emails which include no text on them just a big picture on it, I assume html.

Is there anyway I can setup a rule to catch emails sent to me that only include a picture on the mail?
