I've read that it is safe to prevent OSA9.exe -b -l from
loading, but I'm not sure which way is the best. I could
just uncheck it in msconfig (easy way) or I guess follow
the KB article 210875 (hard way). I'd like to do the
article, but find it a little confusing. Do I
remove/modify the reg files or remove from startup
folder? I'm using WinXP and Office2K. If you know the
answer please give in step-by-step form. Thanks for any
help.
