We installed KB888619 (& rebooted) designed to fix the problem whereby
Entourage folders that are not in users own mailboxes are read only.
However, it did not fix the problems. All users were delegated full
permissions and rights to all other users inboxes, contact lists, etc.
Do
you know how to fix this problem?

The Entourage clients are patched to the 11.2.1 (051004).
Server is Windows 2003 SBS with automatic updates turned.
SP1 applied to the Exchange Server.]
