Thanks in advance.

How can I keep an AutoShape button on such as the "Curved Arrow Connector"
on so I can keep on using it?

From PowerPoint 2000 to PowerPoint 2003, you can do the following:
1. Drag the "Connectors" menu to make it float.
2. Double-click on the "Curved Arrow Connector" button from this menu.
This will make the selection stick. Click it again get rid of the selection.

In PowerPoint 2007, right-click on the "Curved Arrow Connector" and select
"Lock Drawing Mode" menu item. It does the same thing.
