"Help" opens a panel to the right side of an Outlook screen, but the clicking
on results of any search opens a separate window. As soon as you follow the
instructions in that window, (click "File-New" on the normal Toolbar), the
window with the current information disappears behind the active window. The
active window has all of the other search results, but not the instructions
you are trying to follow.
The subwindow is already sized the same as the "help" panel. It should stay
on top of that panel.
