Keeping Distribution list recipients names and addresses private

I like being able to send an email to several people at the same time by
using a distribution list but I would like to keep recipients from seeing
other names that are also recieving the email. Can this be done?

Put the names in the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) fields when sending the mail
