Keeping Entourage in sync on two computers

Aside from copying the Microsoft User Data folder between my iMac and
my PowerBook, is there a better way to keep this folder in sync on
both computers so that I can download email while on the road and then
copy these changes to the iMac when home and vice versa?

That's probably the easiest way if you are always going to be synchronizing
each time you switch machines.

Paul Berkowitz's "Export-Import Entourage" script package also has
synchronizing capabilities.

If all you need to do is keep mail synchronized, you might be best keeping
your old method or switching to an IMAP mail account, so that you view
identical server contents from both computers.

I thought that was the case. Just installed Office 04 and the Project
Centre is something also that could come in handy. Wonder if the app
helps there also?

Yes, you could set up a project, share it, and have it subscribed on the
other computer. Then any data you have associated with that project (and set
to be shared) will automatically be synced with both computers.
