Keeping Newsgroups list after rebuild

A couple of times I have had to perform a Full Rebuild of the Entourage
database - but doing this loses all my Newsgroups from the folders list.

Is there any way of saving the list and reinstating it after a rebuild?

I am using Entourage X v.10.1.6
