Hello everyone,
When I recently used Outlook on our new Citrix server I was surprised to
see that my personal contact information was up on our exchange server.
When I press F11 to do a contact search and type in my name all my
information comes up including passwords etc. so this information would
seem to be available to everyone...at least our system administrators.
How do I keep my contacts in my *.pst file separate from the ones
associated with my Exchange server file?
I run Outlook 2003 on an XP Pro SP2 IBM ThinkPad T41. Our exchange
server is Exchange 2000 but will shortly be upgraded to Exchange 2003.
The version of Outlook on the Citrix server is 2000.
Thanks,
Marc
