Key words concern in Search Engine

Wondering if someone can shed some light.....

The site www.ehms-pc.com is included in Google, sitemap is fine with
no errors, and it is authenticated. If I search with the domain name,
it shows up. If I search with any key word, it never gets listed. Not
sure what I'm doing wrong.....

Thanks in advance!

Murray / Barry, thanks for your response! For a set of keyword, there
are only 250 listings, but the site does not show up, even though exact
key words were present in the meta tag... Reason for the query.

Appreciate if you can scrutinize and provide a lead.

Search Engines are unpredictable. Unless you pay for top listing you take
your chances. Some are very strict on what they list. With hundreds or
thousands of sites out there the chances that yours will come up to the top
aren't great.

Many search engines ignore the keywords meta tag.

Including the most important ones, like Google. If you think about it,
since you can say anything you want to in your keywords regardless of the
content on the page, it doesn't make much sense to count them towards the
page ranking.

Ronx/Murray,

The key words I searched are in (1) title (2) key word meta tag (3) in
the page at various places more than 6 or 7 times.....
I was not worried about the site being listed in the top, since I know
one pays for getting top spots, depends on number of hits, popularity
of the page, ranking, etc.
Why it is not getting listed at all is the q'n.
Thanks

As people mentioned, Google ignores those tags so searching for them doesn't
mean much.

Have you used that keyword in <h#> tags on the page? Have you used it in
filenames? Have you used it in alt attributes? What is the keyword -
something generic?
