I have a user that cannot use the backspace, delete, or
arrow keys on the keyboard without seeing unusual
characters in PowerPoint only. Rebooting the machine
works temporarily. Microsoft article 821432 has
information to resolve this issue but getting the patch
seems to be complicated.
Does anyone out there already have this patch? Does it
really work to resolve the PowerPoint issue? Why isn't is
publicly available??
