No, there is no feature in Entourage that allows you to customize keyboard
shortcuts. If you're using Panther, you can use the new "Keyboard
Shortcuts" feature under Keyboard & Mouse Preferences in System Preferences
to create new keyboard shortcuts for Entourage.
The single exception is that you can fully customize the keyboard shortcuts
for scripts under the Script menu (to the right of the Help menu) by naming
them properly.
