For sending message, it says, command and then left turning arrow. What is
that? Is there a keyboard shortcut for sending a message?

Also is there keyboard shortcut for cancel out of spellcheck? Thanks!

It's Command-Return or Command-Enter.

If you mean to exclude messages from automatic spell check, no. If you
already have the Spell Check window open, you can just press the Escape key
to cancel the check.

All of the Entourage keyboard shortcuts are listed in Entourage Help. Go to
Help -> Search Entourage Help and look for the "Microsoft Entourage keyboard
shortcuts" article.
