What is a kill file?
If you want to block a particular sender, then you can create a rule to
accomplish this task.

I just switched from MacSoup because it had no spell check capability.
MacSoup had the ability to kill an entire thread or user such as mi5 torture
blah, blah, blah

The rule is nothing like what you describe. Entourage has limited newsreader
features. It's main feature is it works with Entourage and you don't have to
launch another application.
