kind of new to excel, need help finding values

ok i've got statistics of 100 users, A column is their username..
column-G column are different stats for each user. How can I find th
Max of say column B, and get their name from column A, then displa
them in a cell (or a seperate cell for the max,and their name). I kno
how to get Max, but not how to get the corrisponding name. Thanks al
