If we don't want the music to restart when the show loops back to the first
slide, then we need to use the kick-off slide and custom show method
suggested by Glenna Shaw.
Music is across slides but narration is dependent on the slide (i.e. slide
specific). Can PPT handle the loop properly or do we still need to provide
special treatment? I can't test narration. Appreciate advice.
