knowledge base . . . ways to make entourage actually work ?

Hello once more.

Is there any comprehensive source on how entourage works, what needs to be
done and respected Š ? it's a little bit exhausting, there's so many things
that don't seem to work correctly, rules are applied only sometimes, junk
mail filtering only part time operational, mailing list rules
incomprehensible and unexplained Š I'm not sure, and I am no such thing as a
'mac fan', but if I don't find a way to understand what needs to be done to
get this to work steadily, I guess I'll just switch back to the mac apps, or
look for something else.
I haven't found a good knowledge base on the net yet; if anyone knows one Š

Too big to be on the Net. There are several books on Office 2004 out -
nothing on just one application. Office 2004 for Macintosh - the Missing
Manual (O'Reilly/Pogue Press) is OK.
