L2561403.cab missing! Can't install Outlook Update

Tried to install the Outlook Junk Mail update through Office Update and it
just runs and then says. Install Unsucessful with no error message.

I then downloaded the update and tried to install and it says insert the
office disk you installed from and find L2561403.cab. I did this and it
couldn't find it. I then searched that CD and my FrontPage 2003 CD and that
file does not exist on either. I even tried my Office XP CD (which I
upgraded from) and had no luck.

How do I get this file? Between the SBS 2003 Sharepoint install nightmare
and this I'm ready to toss all MS products out of the office.

We buy the software legally and it just seems harder and harder and more and
more time consuming to get anything done.

Please tell me how I can install this update and get the needed files

As an update I have tried to Repair the installation and no luck
Tried the reinstall option of Office 2003 and still no luck
Perhaps I need to rub a couple of sticks together and start a fire and put
all of the CDs in there?
I'm sorry if I'm a bit harsh, but everything we've done from MS with 2003 as
part of the name has been and utter and complete nightmare to date.
