Labels in Outlook not appearing

I sort my daily workload in Outlook 2002 on my laptop.
Each night I transfer to my PDA and then to my PC (ViaActiveSynch) the
details in the Calendar etc.
Problem is when doing so I lose the Label colours in the process.
How can I keep the formatting intact please?

Pocket Outlook doesn't support all of the features of the desktop program.
Use supported features, or try alternative programs.
