I got this problem with entourage 2004 french

The calendar of entourage is now in english, where can i chage the
language in french ?

What do you mean?? The interface or just the dates ??
If it's the dates, you can change that in the system preferneces (date
and time formats - make sure you select a French-speaking country as the
region).
If it's the interface... did you by any chance play around with a US
version of Office (including the demo version)?
