Language issue

I want to use the Customer_Service template in FrontPage
2000 but I need to have the site available in 2 languages
from the default.htm page. How can I do that from
default.htm ?

If your host supports subwebs, create a subweb for the 2nd language and set the language in Tool Site Settings language
