Language pack installation message

I work on a mac and use Entourage 2004 for emailing. When I email fellow
co-workers who use a PC and Outlook 2003, they get a pop-up message that
reads:

Language pack installation
To display language characters correctly you need to install the following
pack: Japanese

Install or Cancel

Has anyone come across this? Does anyone know how to fix this?

Have never heard of this. Do you have some unusual signature or text added.
Any special headers?

The first thing you need to do is determine where the problem is located so
you can take the appropriate steps to correct the problem. The easiest way
is to test default setting to see if you can reproduce the problems. This
would be in a new User and a blank Entourage database.
