Language question about office

Hello,

I just purchased the office 2003 pro when I was in Taiwan, now I just fly
over to US doing my MBA class. I am trying to get my result show in English
so I the other team members can see my computations.

Here is the problem I am encountering:

When I go to Tool, data analysis, descriptive statistic.
All the statistic fields were show as traditional chinese.

I tried using the office 2003 language setting, I removed all language but
english, and set the english as the default language.

When I re-run the statistic again in excel, it still shows in chinese.

Is there a way I can convert the result in to english?

I hope spending couple hundred USD to get a localized english office isn't
the answer. Thanks.

Check with school's tech centre to see if they have an academic site
licence.

I am sorry, but I don't see what does school's site licence has to do with my
problem?
Are you suggesting me to get another english localized version?

If the school has a site licence they can install the English language
version on your PC for FREE
