Language toolbar for my microphone not there

For some reason my language toobar for Windows 2000 word is not there

Hi Max,

If using Tools=>Speech doesn't bring up the language bar
check the Microsoft Office listing in Add/Remove Programs
in the Windows Control panel to be sure that the optional
'Alternative Input' service for Speech is installed. If it
is then check the 'text services' settings in the control panel.

There is no such thing as "Windows 2000 Word". No OS has ever contained any
Office applications.
