Large message stuck in the outbox

Someone tried to send a large jpg attachment with pop3
mail. It has been stuck in his outbox for 2 weeks.
Outlook will not let you delete it. Any suggestions on
how to get delete the message?

Method 1: Click File>Work Offline. Close Outlook and restart. Open the
Outbox and delete the message. Uncheck "Work Offline"
Method 2: Click File>New>Outlook Data File. Enter some name. Click OK.
Click Tools?E-mail Accounts>View or change existign e-mail accounts>Next.
Click the "Deliver new e-mail to the following location" drop-down and
choose your new PST. Click Finish. Close and restart Outlook. Open the
old PST's Outbox and delete the message. At this point, you can either
continue using the new PST as your default delivery (with a new Calendar,
Contacts, etc.) or you can revert back to the old one, removing and deleting
the new one after doing so.
