Last correspondence in Entourage not saved?

I have been sending "separate group messages" from my entourage 2004
and i think i force quit because i was trying to do a search in my
address book and it was taking a long time. I have been sending 500
emails a day for 2 days and they have not shwon up in last
correspondence unlike my first 2 days. I have saved them in groups so i
know whicj ones i have emailed and i have saved in my sent folder on my
computer. But i can not see them when i go into addres book and look at
them in a list version which is the way i have been sending before so i
can see who i have already sent them to. I can only think that they
were not saved when i forced quit but i do not remember doing that for
2 days only one. The ony other thought is that i opened entourage mail
and then opened another window in file then new - open new main window
that said mail 2 on the top of the page. was this saved on another page
and not my address book page?

I am on entourage 2004 version 11.1.0 on mac OS X version 10.4.4

When i check the emails from 2 days ago i can see that is says this is
a reply to on eof your messages and hen it shows original . The ones i
have sent yesterday etc do not show that option and thier is no record
showing i have sent them. How can i put that info back in the areas i
need. I might look at the address again and send another email not
knowing that i had sent this client one already.
