Lately whenever I try to insert clipart publisher deluxe locks up

Lately whenever I try to insert clipart my system locks up and I have to
altcnt delete to get out of the freeze. Publisher is no use to me if I can't
use the clipart. I have removed the program and reinstalled it several times
but the problem still remains. It even comes back when I try to edit an
existing publication. HELP

Which version of Publisher? What steps are you taking when it locks up?

Slide the acceleration down on your video adapter, right-click the desktop,
properties, settings tab, advanced button, troubleshoot tab.
If this solves the issue, go to the manufacturer's web site of your video card and
look around for an updated driver.
