Can anyone tell me if there is a way to use layers so that they stay put
when you minimize the browser window or if a viewer has different browser
settings? Every time I use them they shift to the right, while the position
of other stuff, such as tables, stays the same. It does this with either
the absolute or relative positioning. I'm not real versant with all the
front page terminology so the more detailed the explanation the better!
