Layout Cells with Rounded Corners

I'm trying to create a layout cell that has the same look
as the ones shown in the tutorial "Create a structured
page layout by using layout tables and cells". See the
link below.

The cell appears to have a shadow around all of its
corners (and the tutorial implies this).

Anyone know how to do this?

I believe the rounded look in the Layout tables and cells Pane only applies
to the outer-most table...in an attempt to mimic the rounded windows of XP.
I don't THINK Front Page has a rounded table look - but it would be nice.

Check out the tutorial I mentioned, it shows you how to
do the rounded corners. The feature is new to FrontPage
2003.

I can get the rounded corners easily, I just can't get
the same shadow look that the tutorial shows.
