LDAP and free/busy servers

Hi,
Could someone please explain (in relatively lay terms) about setting up
the LDAP and free/busy server section of account set-up? I've got an
exchange server account up and running (I can send and receive
emails) but I can't read any received email in HTML format (it loses all
formatting and all figures end up as attachments) and I can't see
calendars or schedules (well I can but they look like emails). I read
somewhere this has to do with properly setting up LDAP and free/busy
servers so any advise would be appreciated. Those fields are currently
blank in my account set up.
Thanks,
Trudy

THe free/busy server is relatively easy to setup. You need to have OWA
enabled on the server.
If you can connect to :
http://my.server.com/exchange/you and get your mailbox, then OWA is on
and you should use my.server.com/public as the free/busy server.

LDAP is a lot more complicated and I'm not sure you can easely set it up
without the help of your NetAdmin.

That's a different issue (and I don;t know the answer).

You have a wrong free/busy server.
