I'm using Road Runner account as provider. I'm getting
following message on Outlook 2002: "Can't find LDAP
directory server". Can't send email, only receive, even
though I set the account up per RR's instructions. I get
the above message.

When launching outlook, I get a window "Connection
Details" with the following: Server name - NULL, Port -
3268, User Name NULL, Password - 'empty'.
