Ldap problem Mad.exe SBS 2003

After installing Exchange SP2 running on SBS Server 2003 SP1 i recived event
id 2061
"Process MAD.EXE (PID=4824). An LDAP search call failed - Server=xxxxx Error
code=80040957. Base DN=, Filter=(legacyExchangeDN=), Scope=2. "

Please help
