I am trying to get LDAP services to work in Outlook 2003. However, once I have the address book configured, I attempt to check an address against the LDAP service and I receive the following error message:
Unavailable critical extension
I have checked and rechecked the setting with my administartor and I continue to receive this problem.
I then started to talk with other Office 2003 users about this and found out that they too have gotten the same error message when looking up someone on the directory service. No matter what LDAD server I try, I still get this message.
Has anyone been able to get the LDAP services working after receiveing this message?
