Legally buying Project 2003 OEM

Greetings all;

I want to buy 1-2 copies of MS Project 2003 Standard. I have heard varying
stories about legally purchasing MS OEM software.
I know that I can build a system and put an OEM version on it. But what if
the system is already built? What is the minimum hardware that has to be
purchased to also obtain an OEM piece of software. I looked on the MS site
but didn't find any help.
Bottom line, trying to save money yet stay legal.

Your local Microsoft Office can help you there. Cheapest option is to total
all Office software you need and they will then tell you the cheapest way to
buy it.
