I have thousands of addresses in my junk email list.
Periodically I go to my delete folder, and delete all
messages from legitimate sources. I then highlight the
remaining messages and use the Actions pull down menu to
add them to my Junk Mail list.
I believe that occasionally I miss a legitimate address
and add it to my junk mail list in error. I'll start to
find messages sent to the delete folder that I did not
intend.
However when I look through my junk and adult email
blocked sender lists, there is nothing that can explain
these blockages. Even using wild cards, etc. I can't find
any reason why these messages would be blocked.
They don't seem to have objectionable content either.
I have created no rules at all, so that could not be the
cause.
I have found the solution of putting them explicitly in my
exception list, which seems to have worked for all but
one. But my questions are:
a)What else might be blocking these?
b)Is it possible that some of my block list is flowing
into another spot where I can't see it?
c) If I want to delete my junk blocked senders addresses
and start over, how can I do so? It seems as though I can
delete names from that list only one-by-one, which would
take a long, long time.
