I used to work with Act. I hate version 7.0 and trying to work with Outlook
instead. I am baffled that Outlook does not have an editable salutation field
that I can map to.
Letters to a group of contacts don't always go to "Dear First Name" or "Dear
Last Name" as Outlook seems to assue. Relationships to contacts vary. In
some cases I use first name, in others a nick name, and others the more
formal last name option.
How do we deal with this in Outlook.
