letter to landlord, breaking lease

i am trying to find a template to assist me in writing a letter to my
landlord to tell them that i am breaking my lease. i cannot find anything.
any suggestions?

This is hardly a Word issue, however, did you try Google?

My initial search (sample letters) found the following:

Dear Sir

I wish to inform you of my intention to terminate
the tenancy agreement for the above property
signed on <date of agreement>. In accordance with the
terms of the agreement, I am giving three months'
notice of my proposed date of departure, <date of departure>.

I would be very grateful if you could let me know
the arrangements for checking the inventory,
returning the keys and reclaiming my deposit.
