Need help for Proper Greeting

What is the proper greeting for someone with initials (MBA, RRT, RCP) after
their name? Should it be "Dear Mr. Smith" or "Dear Mr. Smith MBA, RRT, RCP".

M

Mike Hall \(MS-MVP\)

Drop the MBA et al when using the opening greeting.. the acknowledgement
will be on the address label and if you use the recipient name and address
in the top body of the letter..
