Letters where the photo automatically is added

I have been looking at Graham Mayor's website about his tips on word & how to
get a JPG to automatically come into the mail merged document
(http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_graphics.htm). He discusses how when you
run the mail merge the photo will probably not come into theletter until you
update all fields. Which is exactly what happened to my letters.

He then discusses macros to update things, & I was thinking there must be a
way to build a macro to update this letter each time it merged so that you
don't have to hit Ctrl-L & the F9. Does anyone know how I could go about
something like that?

You probably could do this with macro code, but you could do what I do and
simply have the update macro code attached to a toolbar button, then if
there is a field update issue in *any* document, you simply click the
