Letting a user of a template insert a picture

I have created a template and in one of the sections I need to be able to let
the "user" insert a picture, while at the same leaving the template locked.
It's probably something really easy, but I just can't seem to figure it out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What version of Word are you using? If you are using Word 2007 then you can
use a Picture content control. For other versions you need to use section
breaks and unprotect the section for the picture insertion.
