Level 3 Heading alignment problem

1. New document
2. Write:

test

3. Select all and make Heading 3 style
4. Select numbering and make heading numbering style so these are numbered
1.1.1 - 1.1.15
5. Notice that headings past #9 are misaligned with the others.

How do I fix this?

In Format | Bullets and Numbering, set the "Number position" to Right
instead of Left. But for unbreakable heading numbering, see
