License limits

We have 2 networked iMacs and each one has a separate copy of Office
2004 installed. We installed the OSX 11.3 update on both and now one
computer is giving us the message that Office 2004 is already in use
and we have exceeded the maximum number...etc.....

What should we do now?

Thanks.

Since this problem surfaced with the 11.3 update it appears that the license
check was fixed ergo previously you did not receive the error.

The Entourage X and 2004 End User License Agreement allows you install one
copy on a laptop and one copy on a desktop, as long as applications are not
running on both machines at one time.

You weren't clear if the two copies of Office were using the same CD key. If
they are separate copies, check to be sure they are licensed correctly.
