This may be a little hard to explain. I'm using Entourage 2004
(11.1.0).
In the Address Book portion of Entourage, I have lots of contacts, most
include one or more e-mail addresses. But, when I create a new e-mail
in the Mail portion of Entourage, I don't want ALL of these e-mail
addresses to appear in the (optional) Address Book list that appears to
the right of the "To:" area. I only want to see the e-mail addresses
that I tend to use most frequently. There's no need to have such a big
list of e-mail addresses that I may never use - yet, I still want
them listed over in my main Address Book.
Is there a way to specify that only selected e-mail addresses will
appear in the "To:" Address Book area in Mail, while still keeping all
of the rest in the main Address Book portion of Entourage? Does this
make any sense? I'm thinking it would be something like a check box
next to each e-mail address in the main Address Book: "Check to keep
this address from appearing in Mail."
