Limited answer on voting buttons

Hi, is there a way to limit the answer to 1 when people
reply on voting buttons so it tells the user something
like "you already voted" ?

Not unless you're in an environment where you can delete the item after the person responds. The original in your Sent Items folder tracks only one response, though, so this may be less of a problem than you expect.
